awakening from the dead
hahaha. this blog is being awakened from the dead. after not posting for like wat 5 months? k i think this is rly funny that i'm posting even though i don't think ppl will bother to check your blog if you haven't updated it for 5 months. but never mind i shall post for my satisfaction.
oh man orientation seems like waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy long ago!!! it seems like 10 years ago when i applied for ogl! ok let me update u prettily and nicely on what major changes me has undergone since JAN 08.
ok after orientation, i ran for council. If u ask me why, i can't rly give u one answer. i mean like there are so many things which made me run. hmm... being an ogl with 3 councillors inspired me to run. oh since i never told u who was in the same og as me, i shall kindly update u now even though orientation was like 5 months ago. haha i was one of the ogls of 08ip01 -my direct juniors (: ! and the other ogls were all J2s (Ben, Joshua, Trent, Hafidh). well it was lots n lots of fun! :DD
ok well so yeah i ran for council after orientation and now i'm proud to be a 41st student councillor :) but u know now elections seems like sooooo long ago too! i remember picking up the form in the SL that day i dragged Gabby to go down with me (haha). then i remember taking ages and ages to write the personal statement or wtv thing that it was called. actually most of the time i just stoned. i wrote it in like 5 minutes in the end. haha. yeah... oh then i remember the interview!!! i remember coming out and telling tracy how screwed up it was. then we spent like one hour sitting at the grandstand talking abt interviews and interviewers. oh i remember thinking i didn't want to get anywhere near jie ying or marcus if i could help it. hahaha! i feel like laughing every time i think abt them at the interview!! i remember marcus asking me "so indirectly you're telling me that i'm asking you a stupid question is it?" haha i don't even know what crap answer i gave him to that. in fact i can't even clearly remember why he said that in the first place. the funny thing was that he did. and it was super funny! okok but i still think he was ( actually IS) scary. oh wells. haha i remember the very first message i got after my phone came back from servicing was the "you made it thru the interview message". so surprising. i had accepted being kicked out alr. hmmm... after that was campaigning. which was fun and taxing at the same time... but it seems really short now... i remember thinking it was damn long at that time haha. i can remember all the video-ing and proposal-ing and CRAPPING. Haha but after that was elects camp. and i think my group totally rocked man! TROMBONE!!!!! lol But i really got to know ppl i didn't even know b4! like zi xiang (our current vp) haha. you know my grp has like 4 members in exco! =) but the most horrible part abt it was my horrible ankle :( it SUX being injured... oh well... but i made it through all the horrible roll calls and no sleep and everything!
then we had exco elections. and exco rocks! :) we've really got v. nice ppl inside. i love being part of exco even though at this point it's really hard cos must study for assesment in hmmm... 5 days. oh man. okok but investiture is like in 2 weeks and i can't wait!
whoa what a long post... i'll end of with the obs form quote cos i saw it yesterday and it makes a lot a lot a lot of sense:

back to school!
actually not yet. i'm missing a week of school cos of orientation! 08ip01 rocks my socks! wow i didn't blog for the whole of december. that's cool. actually it isn't. i'm sorry blog for abandoning you :( i love being an OGL. haha i get to meet all the J2s too! now i can gossip about all the J2s with verene cos she always seems to know who they are and i don't! hahaha! i've been pretty busy during the holidays with all the guitar pracs and then later all the other stuff. and then for the last few weeks cos of ogl-ing. which is a reasonable excuse for not completing my maths asm which mr. eng will never accept. i hate my hair. it's too curly and poofy and thick-ish. my new theory is that if i let it grow longer then cos of it's increased mass the pull of gravity on my hair will be stronger. then maybe it will stop poofing and curling so much, see my physics is so pro. okok i know i sound like a nut. i'm bored. i just realised i left my math hmwk in school. now i have to go find someone to help me scan. i guess bern's right. i'm careless. sigh... hey, but on the bright side i finished my hindi compo! :)) i wrote half yesterday and another half today which makes it complete!
i just came down with a horrible coldlike 2 days ago. suxx. i keep sniffing every 1 minute. i just hope i don't lose my voice like last yr. i couldn't talk for a whole week.i know it sounds impossible but i'm telling the truth. and the worst part is that now i can't sing in the bathroom. :( haha but never mind. today i'm gonna go bake brownies for my OG. then i can bring them to school tmr! :) amy's going to kill me for neglecting my guitar for so long. it's ok i shall make up for it by practicing really hard after orientation.
ok now i better go get my maths done. i don't wanna be killed by mr. eng tomorrow. yups so thats all!

Yeah Yeah i don't have to be reminded it's been more'n a month since i blogged. And this probably equals to crime in Germaine's book of rules. hahaha. but be nice and accept the fact that i wasn't going to get past the first entry anyway. lolz my previous post seems like waaay outdated. Exams are like way long ago. i didn't rly fare that badly though. i did better than i expected myself! the holidays have been pretty boring so far... but that doesn't mean there aren't things to look forward to! like more guit prac sessions, a wedding next month, shopping which my mum promised, Christmas and of course OGL! haha i thought i'd be kicked out when my cca teacher didn't hand in the referral form but it turned out that they had v.few ppl so i got called back in with the second time applicants. The interview was so rubbish. i've seriously never been to a more rubbish interview. Uh well that excludes the fact that that was only my second interview. lol. We were interviewed in grps and i'm telling you the answers we gave were so rubbish i'm astounded at the fact that we all got in. haha
but i'll bet being an OGL is a rly nice experience! I'm thrilled except that i'll be missing a whole week of school. Then we've got the sembawang cc performance on the 2 december too! It's just the 5 of us and i think it's really cool that we're performing for greenlink! i can finally say i play and active role in conserving my environment! :D teehee. so yeah today, i didn't rly do much except for look thru my math bk ( i was bored ok!) and perfect my Please Mr. Postman intro. It sounds rly nice when u can play it! even all the barring isn't all tt bad.
k ppl that's all and since i don't know what else to say,

EMTs!
HELLOZ!
Monday is IH paper. and i'm blogging. how smart. oh wells but i need a break! i finally am close to finishing geog. i still have quite a bit of rocks but other than that i'm ok. i think. i wonder how some ppl can like mug 10 hrs a day for the whole year. i can't even keep it up for a week. lol my attention span is like the size of an ant no actually the size of a microscopic bacteria. i keep getting distracted!!! AAAARGH! i shouldn't have stayed at home and studied. tomorrow i shall go to the library to mug. i have like a whole lot of ih not done at all. sighhh. i still don't get how the freaking supply and demand curve shifts when i open my book i just see a whole lot of graphs and my illegible lecture notes with drawings of a frog cum vampire. it was supposed to be a vampire but i couldn't draw so i switched to drawing a frog in the middle and now it looks like a frog cum vampire. haha i would go take a pic but my book's in the room where my parents are sleeping haha.
ooooooo i see bryan and dilshaad online. are they mugging? i need to go for a mugging course you know where they teach you how to mug and then at the end you have to mug to pass the mugging course test.Uh-oh i think the chair's gonna break then i'm gonna fall down. you know this week i fell down like 2 times alr. The first was in sch when i was in the canteen and wanted to kick gabby but i kicked so hard that i fell down and in the end i didn't even kick her. and i ended up being the laughing stock of the canteen and now verene has taken utmost pleasure in torturing me by not letting me forget. The second time was yesterday when i was running after my useless brother to claim half of my eraser (we were fighting and the other half fell out of the window).i know. it doesn't sound possible. but trust me cos i'm experienced. so i ran after him and tripped against the leg of my table and fell. how dumb. in the end i just took the other eraser from his pencil case and threw him out and locked my room.lol
Ms Yeo keeps asking me why i'm so stressed every time she sees me. that goes to show how many more pimples i have on my face. eeeeeeeeeew. but its kind of expected what with almost 3 cups of coffee a day and less than 4 hrs of sleep.
yesterday i created a facebook account hahahah cos i had nth better to do. actually i did i just wanted to procrastinate. so i went to create a facebook account. and then now i got turned into a zombie by i forgot who. how very nice. and i sent michelle a flower. hahaha
oh no i'm supposed to stop at 11.45 ahhhh! late alr. lol ok i shall depart from this computer to 2 cm away to sort out all the rocks.

ME BDAY!
BOO!
omg i'm soo damn highh! haha i know i haven''t posted for the past many days buuuut u can't be angry with me beecaauuuse it's my B'DAY! hahahahahaha. omg school was so damn fun today! i wanna birthday everyday of my life! today i went to school and feli gave me an empty toilet roll with happy b'day written on it n said it was from all six of them. and i ACTUALLY believed them and thought they got me an empty toilet roll! then in the end during lunch i got like two tubs of ice cream the huge cuddly tigger that hangs 'round ur neck and the pretty mug and of course all the NIIICE letters! HAHA i spent the whole day being so depressed for like nth!! anyway a HUGE thank u to VERENE, GERMAINE, FELI, BERN, MICH, JIAWEN, ESTELLE! you MADE MY DAY!! :D and then we had pizza at home and now i'm blogging abt the pretty day!

from tomorrow onwards i shall stay back in school to mug. and mug some more so that i'll be prepared for the EMT! gogogogo i know i can do it hahaha
today bryan said he doesn't get how ppl can find so much stuff to mug that they have to stay up overnight everday. haha actually he makes some sense. anw tmr i'm gonna mug NEURONS! i just finshed spire. wheee i'm so happy!
oh and there's no more hindi school! that makes life like sooo much better! yayy!!! no more sampa no more idiot guys in class. yeahh man that roxxx! haha and today my mum conveniently forgot to go for the hindi sch PTM haha. so stupid go for ptm on my b'day. wth right. haha but she din go! :D
okies i shall go to bed early so i can wake up tmr!

QUACK QUACK EARTHQUAKE
BOOO!
today while taking the bus back home i switched my ipod on and was listening to red jumpsuit apparatus scream "please don't leave me alone" in my ears while reading my book. Then when i looked up n i saw everybody like staring at me. i was wondering what happened when some guy came n said, "your ipod's a bit loud." i was like HUH it's an mp3 then i looked down and realised it was in max vol. well actually i always play it max vol. then how come nobody looked at me the other days it was blasting in my ears? or maybe they did and i was just too oblivious to the fact. plus the past few days i've been reading jeff abott on the bus so i probably didn't notice anything else. n that would also explain why i missed my bus stop twice this week. nevertheless i'm a firm believer of the fact that the ipos max vol. is too less.
you know yesterday and the day before there were two earthquakes in Indonesia and we could feel the tremors here. yeah 8.2 on the richter scale. i think. but it must've been pretty big cos we don't usually feel tremors in S'pore from indonesia's earthquakes. and there was a small crack in raffles city. haha i could feel the ground shaking yesterday morning. like, my whole comp. was vibrating. then my dady went to see outside n said the building was shaking. so we swtiched on channel news asia and we heard the abt the new quake. super freakish. bern felt the day before yesterday's tremors. i think the one at her house was really bad cos she lives at east coast.
